Bob Thorpe, our current Chair, is stepping down from the role as Chair of the District Trustee Board, as he is taking over as District Lead Volunteer for Woodlands District in Buckinghamshire. We are therefore seeking a suitable volunteer to replace him.
Role Overview
The Chair of the Southern Europe District Trustee Board plays a key leadership role in ensuring that Scouting in Southern Europe is delivered effectively and to the highest standards. Working alongside the District Lead Volunteer, the Trustee Board, and BSO teams, the Chair will help guide the strategic direction, governance, and long-term sustainability of the District.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Scouting and international youth development, who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people and supporting volunteers in Southern Europe.

Term for the Role
